Cheryl R. Chase-Berkson founded Chase Pacific Property Management in 1988, 12 years after earning her California State Real Estate license and 8 years after earning her California Real Estate Brokers license.Her original focus was on sales and listings of residential real estate, however she quickly realized that her clients needed a “one-stop shop” brokerage and added the property management division.Ms. Berkson founded the company on the concept of the “Golden Rule” which is treating others as you would want to be treated. This code of ethics and moral conduct permeates every transaction, every relationship and every situation in which Chase Pacific deals.Cheryl holds a B. A. degree from Fresno State University and an M.A. from Texas Tech University. She moved to San Diego in 1978 from Orange County and after having lived in several other states. Her interests are travel, both local and global, short term mission trips, dance, gardening, and reading. She named the company “Chase Pacific” in honor of her father who owned Chase Flower Shop in Fresno.
As a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and 35 years of experience in both civil engineering and land survey, Joe brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise in single and multi-family residential projects, site development, and structural concerns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.He is well-versed in all aspects of civil engineering planning, design, construction, business management, and project management. Joe enjoys most sports, his favorite being baseball. He also enjoys the ocean and yearns one day to get back to surfing.

Hello! I am Tristen Thomas and I have been given the amazing opportunity to work with the wonderful team at Chase Pacific Property Management. I am the Administrative Assistant for our team. I have been working in admin and office assistant positions for 7 years. I have also been a mechanic, pre k teacher and I am currently a certified make-up artist. I absolutely love working with this magnificent group of individuals that encourage me to learn and grow every day.
Having obtained Associate degrees in Finance, Criminal Justice and Liberal Arts as well as a Bachelor degree in Computer Science. I love a challenge. I have worked in the Financial Services Community and in the Technical Communication Industry. Math and problem solving is a passion. I feel privileged to work with this awesome team at Chase Pacific Property Management. I was raised in the Midwest, but know my heart belongs in San Diego. I have one grown child and a toddler. I enjoy spending time with my husband playing outdoors with our toddler and taking him to the park.
As the Leasing Manager for Chase Pacific Property Management and Real Estate Services, I have been blessed with the wonderful opportunity to work for one of the kindest people I have ever met, in Cheryl Chase-Berkson. I am happy to call Chase Pacific and the Chase Pacific team home. I was born and raised in San Diego and have lived here for most of my life. One of the best aspects of being a Leasing Manager in San Diego is working in a city I love! My years of sales experience have helped me craft my tools needed for the industry. When I’m not working, I love dining out and exploring all the diverse scenes that San Diego has to offer. I am also an avid fan of our sports franchises here, The Chargers and The Padres. Before becoming a Property Manager, she was a Mortgage Broker for over 25 years. Her “hands on” experience includes having designed and built homes including several remodels. Being an effective Property Manager requires the ability to be organized, to be able to communicate, to be able to pay attention to detail, and to be responsive to others’ needs. She feels she is the “glue’ that keeps owners and tenants together for a successful partnership. Susan is a widow and mother of three sons and three grandchildren. She first moved to Rancho Bernardo in 1970.

Rob de la Grange, CRS, PMC is a Broker Associate serving the San Diego real estate community for 39 years. Rob specializes in residential homes sales and property management and has maintained a consistent successful career in several of the volatile San Diego real estate markets over the last 39 years. While at REMAX for 23 years he earned the prestigious REMAX Hall of Fame award, their highest award. He is the Broker Owner of Caravan Properties and is excited to bring his property management division to merge with Chase Pacific Property Management. Rob acknowledges Chase Pacific’s commitment to client care, professionalism and state of the art technology in Property Management. Rob is also an active member with NARPM, SDAR, NAR and CAR. In his spare time he volunteers at the local Vineyards harvesting grapes and studying winemaking, as well as restoring his vintage classic VW Buses.
