As the Leasing Manager for Chase Pacific Property Management and Real Estate Services, I have been blessed with the wonderful opportunity to work for one of the kindest people I have ever met, in Cheryl Chase-Berkson. I am happy to call Chase Pacific and the Chase Pacific team home. I was born and raised in San Diego and have lived here for most of my life. One of the best aspects of being a Leasing Manager in San Diego is working in a city I love! My years of sales experience have helped me craft my tools needed for the industry. When I’m not working, I love dining out and exploring all the diverse scenes that San Diego has to offer. I am also an avid fan of our sports franchises here, The Chargers and The Padres. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Being an effective Property Manger requires the ability to be organized, to be able to communicate, to be able to pay attention to detail, and to be responsive to others’needs. She feels she is the “glue’ that keeps owners and tenants together for a successful partnership. Susan is a widow and mother of three sons and three grandchildren. She first moved to Rancho Bernardo in 1970.
